The Boy Downstairs, Hotel California (The Eagles), and other matters…

Zosia Mamet

I listened to The Eagles' song for the first time. The melody of the guitar was good and it is very catchy. Also, I watched a trailer, and I thought it looked interesting.
The other day I watched the movie after a long time. It was Purge. I don't like horror movies so much. However, it's the series movie, so after I watched the previous work, I'm in the continuation of it. When I watched a horror movie at home, if there is a scene that I don't want to watch, I can skip it. So it's useful, but if in the movie theater, I cannot do like that. Therefore I've never watched a horror movie in the theatre.

diary

Yesterday I went to a concert. It was a concert that more than ten elementary schools played the music. My sister belongs to the brass band club and she plays the clarinet for 2 years. Recently she practiced at home too. On that day some members of clarinet were absent because of the flu. Therefore, she said that she played almost every part alone. I watched her from the seat, but she played with confidence and the performance was great.
